The AI-TransForm project is focused on the development and application of advanced agentic AI systems for the transformation and innovation of business processes in education, law and medicine. The goal is to explore the possibilities of autonomous and adaptive AI solutions that combine generative models and external sources of knowledge, thus enabling the automation of complex tasks, optimization of resources and increased efficiency. The project includes the development of a modular framework that enables flexible integration of different AI technologies, as well as validation through pilot projects in real environments. The methodology is based on iterative cycles of development, experimental design and multiple evaluation (technical, expert and user). The expected results include reducing the administrative burden, increasing the accuracy and speed of data processing, and laying the foundations for a sustainable and ethical application of artificial intelligence in the public and private sectors. The project gathers an interdisciplinary team of experts and doctoral students and ensures the openness of the results and the possibility of further development after the end of the project.
